Job summary

Legence, a leading provider of engineering and MEP services, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for remote work. You will lead a 3–5 person TA team, shape workforce plans, and partner with executives on strategic hiring initiatives.

You will oversee full-cycle recruiting across professional, technical, and leadership roles, driving candidate experience, process compliance, and data analytics. This remote role offers travel 4–6 times/year and a base salary range of $125k–$150k with a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct people leadership or recruiting team management.
• Proven partnership with senior leaders and hiring managers in a consultative environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting metrics, reporting, and best practices.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent hiring initiatives across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Set goals, performance metrics, and development plans aligned to objectives.
• Guide recruiting strategy, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and complex hires.
• Ensure recruiting process execution, SLA adherence, and compliance.
• Monitor workloads, requisition activity, and resource allocation.
• Drive efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience improvements.
• Partner with business leaders to develop talent acquisition strategies.
• Provide market intelligence and data-driven insights for decisions.
• Build relationships across all levels to align recruiting with business goals.
