Job summary

Legence is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting across professional, technical, and leadership roles. You will guide workforce planning, align hiring strategies with business goals, and drive a high-performance recruiting culture. The role supports engineering, construction, and MEP-related specialties with a strong emphasis on analytics.

Location: Fully remote | Travel: 4-6 times/year. Salary: $125-$150k annually with eligible annual bonus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
2+ years of direct people leadership or recruiting team management.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers in a consultative environment.
Strong analytics, metrics, and TA best practices.
Experience leading multiple concurrent hiring initiatives across functions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3-5 Talent Acquisition professionals with a high-performance culture.
Set team goals, performance metrics, and development plans aligned with objectives.
Provide guidance on recruiting strategy, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and complex hiring initiatives.
Drive accountability for recruiting performance, data integrity, process compliance, and candidate experience.
Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business unit leaders and HR partners.
Develop TA strategies aligned with growth plans and market conditions.
Participate in workforce planning and advise on hiring priorities and organizational design.
Influence hiring decisions using market intelligence and data-driven insights.
Build cross-level relationships to align recruiting with business goals.
Oversee full-cycle recruiting across professional, technical, and leadership roles.
Partner with hiring managers to create sourcing, attraction, and selection strategies.
Ensure consistent execution of processes, SLAs, and compliance.
Monitor workloads and resource allocation across the team.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience.
Analyze recruiting metrics, hiring trends, and workforce data to guide decisions.
Deliver regular reporting on recruiting performance and pipeline health.
