• Write the brief that turns a vague make-it-better ambition into a scoped project.
• Turn a recurring exception into a rule the system handles itself.
• Keep the operating model from breaking as Salina headcount doubles.
• Pin down the unit economics before Dollar Tree pours fuel on growth.
• Set the calmly-fast-moving operational standards that keep Dollar Tree running smoothly.
• Sit between Stakeholder Management and Payroll Administration teams as the person who makes the call.
