Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in experiential marketing, advertising, or creative agency recruitment.
• Strong understanding of experiential marketing and creative agency ecosystems.
• Proficient in building and maintaining a passive candidate network.

Responsibilities

• Passive talent hunting across experiential marketing, creative agencies, production, and entertainment.
• Identify and engage passive candidates from industry events and online networks.
• Build and sustain a diverse candidate pipeline and long‑term relationships.
• Translate job requirements into sourcing strategies and targeted candidate lists.
• Present qualified candidates with context to hiring managers and leadership.
