Qualifications

• 6+ years in results-driven marketing with strong account management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive storytelling.
• Strong analytics: funnel analysis, attribution basics; GA4 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel recruitment marketing strategy for markets/segments.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition as a trusted resource and align priorities.
• Develop candidate-journey strategy including messaging, creative, paid media, and SEO/landing experiences.
• Lead analytics to maximize campaign performance and pipeline quality.
• Manage budgets and vendor/agency relationships to maximize ROI.
• Track industry trends and continuously evolve strategies to stay ahead.
