Job summary

ATTN: is a creative studio and media company seeking a stellar Recruiter with in-house agency experience. You will own full-cycle recruiting across creative, strategy, account, production, and operations roles, handling staff and freelance hiring and onboarding handoff.

You'll partner with managers on kickoff, descriptions, interview plans, and closing strategy, while maintaining a strong candidate experience and scalable processes in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of in-house recruiting at a creative, digital, or integrated marketing agency.
• Experience hiring for creative-agency roles across staff and freelance.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse and sourcing tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across levels and functions.
• Passion for candidate experience and ATTN:'s mission.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles (creative, strategy, account, production, operations), staff and freelance/contract.
• Partner with hiring managers on role kickoffs, job descriptions/scorecards, interview plans, and closing strategy.
• Source proactively via Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, events, and other platforms to build pipelines.
• Evaluate portfolios/reels with hiring teams to assess craft quality and role fit.
• Design and facilitate structured, equitable interview processes; train interviewers on best practices.
• Track recruiting KPIs and report data; drive improvements in time-to-fill and diversity.
