• Strong network in the industry and ability to identify talent from campaigns, brand experiences, and creative work.
• Proven ability to recruit passive candidates and build long-term talent relationships.
• Familiarity with using LinkedIn Recruiter to source leadership talent across creative/business disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify exceptional talent across experiential marketing, creative agencies, production, entertainment, and adjacent industries.
• Attend industry events and build relationships with creative directors, producers, strategists, designers, and account leaders.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline and end-to-end recruitment workflow to fill roles efficiently.
• Develop targeted outreach campaigns and maintain a diverse candidate slate.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to translate requirements into candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
