Job summary

Govineer is actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own end-to-end recruiting across Engineering, Product, Implementation, Customer Success, Sales, and G&A. You will partner with hiring managers, define role profiles, and shape interview plans, driving a consistent, bias-minimized hiring process.

You will build and optimize recruiting workflows, train teams on behavioral interviewing, and deliver actionable market insights to improve hiring outcomes while ensuring a positive candidate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including SaaS/tech.
• Experience across engineering, product, sales, customer success, and G&A.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and tight timelines.
• Structured interviewing and training others.
• Experience configuring ATS and HRIS workflows.
• Strong data reporting and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and lead intake meetings.
• Source talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals.
• Benchmark compensation and provide market insights.
• Design interview processes and scorecards.
• Educate teams on best practices.
• Ensure process adherence and timely feedback.
• Onboard new hires and handoff to IT/Payroll.
• Build HRIS/ATS workflows.
• Report on time-to-fill and other recruiting metrics.
• Collaborate with HR on initiatives and compliance.
