Job summary

Genea in the United States is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own US hiring, leading full-cycle recruiting for about 50 positions annually across corporate functions, Operations, Marketing, Technology and Product. You will partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and leadership to run each search from intake through offer, reporting to the Chief People Officer.

The ideal candidate has proven success recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles in a fast-paced SaaS

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle corporate (in-house) recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
• Recruiting experience in a fast-paced SaaS or tech company.
• Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Experience extending and negotiating offers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for approximately 50 US hires per year across corporate, Operations, Marketing, Technology, and Product roles.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define requirements, interview plans, and timelines.
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels to build pipelines.
• Develop creative recruiting approaches for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.
• Screen candidates and present qualified shortlists with recommendations.
• Manage interview processes and candidate communication for a consistent experience.
• Prepare and negotiate offers with the Chief People Officer and hiring managers.
• Write and post job descriptions reflecting each role and Genea standards.
• Maintain requisition records and report recruiting metrics to leadership.
