Job summary

NexForm, headquartered in Battle Creek, Michigan, is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead salaried and corporate recruiting across our U.S. operations. You will own the full recruiting cycle for salaried positions at our three U.S.

manufacturing facilities and for corporate roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire the talent that drives our growth. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will partner closely with plant leadership, Engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a comparable field, or equivalent recruiting experience.
• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on salaried or professional roles.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates and filling technical or leadership positions.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote role while managing a high volume of open requisitions.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders to drive hiring decisions.
• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Working knowledge of employment law and compliance as it applies to recruiting and hiring.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles at once.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for salaried positions across multiple U.S. facilities and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines.
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networks, and direct outreach.
• Recruit across engineering, quality, operations leadership, maintenance, supply chain, finance, and HR.
• Write and post job descriptions and manage postings across boards and the careers page.
• Conduct phone screens using standardized templates and scorecards; present qualified shortlists.
