Job summary

Ladders partners with a federally regulated staffing leader to hire a Talent Acquisition Lead who will own day-to-day TA operations, candidate assessments, and full-cycle recruiting for technical and mission-critical roles. The role guides workforce strategy, ensures hiring compliance, and partners with senior leadership to align recruiting with operational needs.

You will supervise team members and strengthen processes in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Minimum six years in federal HR programs.
• At least four years leading HR or TA teams.
• Experience with skills-based assessments for technical roles.
• Strong project-management skills.
• Proven ability to develop effective talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition program operations and contractual requirements.
• Manage day-to-day recruiting and candidate assessment activities.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
• Supervise HR and TA team members.
• Develop and execute TA and workforce strategies.
