Qualifications

6+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with full-cycle recruiting capabilities across sourcing, candidate assessment, hiring manager partnership, and closing candidates across a variety of roles
Experience helping build, improve, or scale talent acquisition practices in a growing organization
Strong business judgment and ability to translate a leader’s hiring need into a thoughtful recruiting strategy

Responsibilities

Build a scalable talent acquisition function with practical systems and processes
Anticipate recruiting needs as the organization grows and build infrastructure to support that growth
Lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization and maintain strong candidate engagement
