Job summary

Logoslabs seeks a Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist to build recruitment and people operations for a fast-growing fintech business. You will manage full-cycle recruitment across APAC and the Middle East (70%), and HR administration (30%) in a fully remote role.

This is a first-in-function position, shaping hiring processes, pipelines, and the employee experience from onboarding onward. You will collaborate with founders and leaders to recruit across fintech, product, engineering, risk,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on, full-cycle talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for fintech roles and related business functions.
• Experience recruiting for performance marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, media buying, SEO, CRM or other growth roles.
• Experience hiring across APAC and the Middle East, with regional market knowledge.
• Working knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, and payroll coordination.
• Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills for hard-to-fill roles.
• Hands-on experience using ATS, HRIS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: manage intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding handover.
• Lead regional hiring across APAC and the Middle East and adapt strategies to local markets.
• Recruit across fintech and related functions including product, engineering, risk, compliance, marketing, and partnerships.
• Develop talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
