Job summary

Pulse iD is a fintech startup recruiting a Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment and people operations from the ground up. You will design hiring processes, manage onboarding, and partner with founders to accelerate growth.

You will work fully remotely from anywhere in India, building Pulse’s hiring and people operations, with direct access to leadership and a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on, full-cycle talent acquisition experience, ideally in startups.
• Experience hiring for fintech and marketing roles across APAC and the Middle East.
• Strong sourcing, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with working knowledge of ATS, HRIS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• You will be Pulse's first dedicated Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist.
• About 70% of your time goes to full-cycle hiring across APAC and the Middle East; the other 30% to people operations.
• This is a builder role where you'll set up how we hire and onboard.

What you'll do:

• Own full-cycle recruitment, from intake with hiring managers to offers and onboarding handover.
• Run people operations including onboarding, HRIS maintenance, payroll coordination, and employee support.
• Build hiring processes from scratch and manage talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
