What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with onboarding future employees by completing reference checks and monitoring background checks
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with candidates, TA members, Hiring Managers, and new hires
- Maintain compliance with established Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
- Ensure proper records retention and maintenance of confidential candidate/employee files
- Gain understanding of key aspects of Talent Acquisition and escalate issues as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months recent experience working in an HR-related role
- 3 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of an applicable degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently

- Experience working with attention to detail and accuracy in a repetitive environment
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume setting while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
