A leading company in child care and early education services is seeking a talented individual to support onboarding within their Human Resources department. This role entails assisting with reference checks, collaborating with candidates, and ensuring process adherence while enjoying a remote-friendly environment focused on employee well-being and growth potential.

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with onboarding future employees by completing reference checks and monitoring background checks
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with candidates, Talent Acquisition members, hiring managers, and new hires
- Gain understanding of key aspects of Talent Acquisition and escalate issues when appropriate
- Meet established Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators focusing on productivity and customer service quality
- Maintain proper records retention and confidentiality of candidate and employee files
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months recent experience working in an HR-related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently
- Experience with attention to detail and accuracy in a repetitive environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of relevant experience considered in lieu of an applicable degree
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume setting while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
