What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with onboarding future employees by completing reference checks and monitoring background checks
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with candidates, TA members, hiring managers, and new hires to resolve requests
- Gain a general understanding of key aspects of Talent Acquisition and escalate issues when appropriate
- Meet established Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators focused on productivity, accuracy, and service quality
- Ensure proper records retention and maintenance of confidential candidate/employee files
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, or 6 months recent experience in an HR-related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a high-volume setting with a focus on customer service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and organize workload efficiently
