What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high-volume requisition load and build relationships with hiring managers
- Source candidates using various methods, including job boards and company career site
- Screen candidates to assess skills and motivations, and contact references
- Maintain a pipeline of viable candidates within the assigned market using SmartRecruiters
- Foster relationships with hiring managers to address recruitment challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of focused high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with two years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces in various industries
- Customer service experience
- Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
- Must currently reside in the state of Washington
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ATS, preferably SmartRecruiters
- Experience in recruiting for healthcare, social services, retail, manufacturing, or hospitality sectors
- Participation in community events, career fairs, or networking events
