Position Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international recruitment team on a full-time remote basis. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing candidates to promoting our employer brand and coordinating successful hires. You will operate independently in a remote environment, collaborating closely with a multicultural and values-driven team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring

  • Conduct structured interviews and coordinate candidate evaluations
