Job summary

Viasat is seeking an onsite Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary) who will handle the interview lifecycle, calendar management, and candidate communication with a focus on a high-quality, professional candidate experience.

This temporary role supports the People, Branding, and Culture function and offers the flexibility of remote work from anywhere in the United States. Up to 12 months depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling experience using Microsoft Office and scheduling platforms.
• Ability to apply recruiting skills to company policies and tasks independently.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary process owner for the interview lifecycle and calendar management across departments/time zones.
• Serve as the face of the company for applicants, providing timely updates and coordinating onsite day-of logistics.
• Maintain real-time ATS data accuracy including candidate records, interview feedback, and hiring stages.
