Job summary

Viasat is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary) to join our People, Branding, and Culture team. The role is onsite with the flexibility for fully remote work from anywhere in the United States, supporting recruitment operations nationwide.

The coordinator will manage interview logistics, maintain ATS data, review resumes, conduct phone screens, assist with compensation data, and help prepare offer letters. Duration up to 12 months.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling experience using Microsoft Office and scheduling platforms.
• Apply recruiting skills per company policies and complete tasks independently.
• Intermediate to advanced ATS experience, iCIMS preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital office tools.
• Strong attention to detail with data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Customer-service oriented with professional candidate interface.
• Exceptional communication with hiring managers and applicants.

Responsibilities

• Own the interview lifecycle as primary process owner across departments and time zones.
• Coordinate day-of onsite logistics and provide white-glove candidate experience.
• Maintain ATS with 100% data integrity for candidate records and stages.
• Perform resume reviews and phone screenings to qualify candidates.
• Support data gathering for compensation and benefits activities.
• Assist in creating offer letters.
• Other duties as assigned; temporary role up to 12 months.
