Viasat is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary) to support recruitment operations remotely across the United States. You will manage interview scheduling, communicate with applicants, maintain ATS data, and assist with offer letters, providing a high level of service to candidates and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes administrative excellence, confidentiality of sensitive compensation data, and cross-functional collaboration within People, Branding, and Culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling experience using Microsoft Office and scheduling platforms.
• Ability to apply recruiting skills with company policies and independently.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard digital office tools.
• Strong data accuracy, confidentiality, and client-facing professionalism.
• Customer-service oriented with excellent communication with managers and applicants.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary process owner for the interview lifecycle across departments/time zones.
• Serve as the face of the company for applicants, handling updates and onsite logistics.
• Maintain ATS data integrity, update candidate records and hiring stages.
• Perform resume reviews and phone screenings as experience allows.
• Support data gathering and basic analysis for compensation and benefits activities.
• Assist in creating offer letters.
