Job summary

Fresh Prints LLC is expanding its Recruitment team and seeking strategists who execute and drive outcomes. This remote role focuses on prospecting, sourcing, interviews, and close collaboration with hiring managers to deliver timely results.

We welcome fresh graduates, value English communication, and operate in a fast-moving startup environment. A 2-month paid Sabbatical is offered, and we emphasize equal opportunity and no fees during hiring.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bonus points if you have experience in a start-up environment and/or in-house recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Support prospecting and headhunting efforts, building long-term pipelines.
• Source candidates from diverse channels and screen resumes with a strong quality bar.
• Take hands-on ownership of role coordination and progress tracking.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to align on expectations and timelines.
• Communicate clearly with management and team members with regular status updates.
• Take on additional responsibilities in a fast-moving startup environment.
