Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a US university (recent preferred).
• Experience or strong interest in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Excellent self-management and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms, ATS, and social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates across multiple roles.
• Build and maintain recruitment pipelines using digital sourcing platforms and modern techniques.
• Manage multiple requisitions while keeping an organized candidate experience.
• Communicate with hiring managers to understand needs and provide updates.
• Coordinate interviews and gather candidate feedback.
• Support hiring teams through decision-making processes.
• Track recruitment activity and keep candidate and pipeline records.
• Monitor metrics and contribute to process improvements.
• Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced startup environment.
