• Lead Talent Acquisition projects from concept to implementation with measurable outcomes.
• Establish data governance and ensure reporting consistency across regions.
• Measure recruiting process effectiveness: quality, speed, candidate experience, cost outcomes.
• Analyze sourcing, coordination, and service delivery metrics to spot gaps.
• Partner with leaders and external providers to scale talent objectives.
