Belcan Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for a contract role supporting Mission Systems. The position is remote with a preference for Maryland‑area candidates to support occasional in‑person events.

You will partner with hiring managers, drive data‑driven recruiting for cleared and noncleared technical roles, and manage full‑cycle recruitment while ensuring OFCCP compliance and a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• US Citizenship required.
• Experience sourcing and hiring diverse technical talent.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary recruiting partner for hiring managers and HR; define role requirements and selection criteria.
• Develop and execute data-driven hiring strategies for cleared and non-cleared technical roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, debriefs, and closing.
• Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines for near- and long-term needs.
• Provide labor market and competitor insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Champion a positive candidate and stakeholder experience with timely decisions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and OFCCP; maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Utilize ATS/CRM tools to manage requisitions, track funnel metrics, and improve processes.
• Represent the client at recruiting events and support smooth onboarding.
