Job summary

Belcan Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner 2 to support University Relations & Recruiting. This remote role prefers a candidate local to the DMV area and will focus on intern and entry-level talent recruitment for Mission Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of recruiting, sourcing or HR experience or a master's degree.
• Ability to travel regionally for events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting, screening, interviewing, and candidate relationships.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and collaborate across the organization to meet business objectives.
