Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie Company Inc. seeks a Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst to translate recruiting data into insights and lead TA technology implementations. You will partner with HR, hiring managers, IT, and vendors to standardize processes, improve candidate experience, and drive scalable recruiting operations.

The role focuses on analytics, reporting, and enablement across the recruiting lifecycle, with opportunities to optimize workflows and reporting tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, Organizational Development or related field.
• 3+ years in HR: TA, HR operations, HR analytics, recruiting tech, or related strategic support role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and present to leadership.
• 2+ years of experience supporting recruiting technologies or HR systems implementations.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard/reporting tools.
• Two+ years Workday Recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate and communicate TA metrics for leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance recruiter scorecards, KPI frameworks and dashboards.
• Lead or support TA technology implementations and process improvements.
• Standardize intake forms, job descriptions, skills mapping, and templates.
• Coordinate with HR IT, vendors and HR partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and execute TA programs, training and change management.
