SupportYourApp is seeking a T3 Support Engineer to troubleshoot backend issues, analyze logs, and implement small fixes. You will work across web apps, mobile apps, and APIs, interfacing with the Engineering team when needed.

The role emphasizes strong English communication and customer-facing technical support experience. You will use SQL against production databases, and leverage AWS, Grafana, and Sentry to monitor and resolve incidents.

Qualificações

• Experience in Technical Support, SRE, or Engineering with strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and troubleshoot issues escalated from T1 involving backend, databases, and cross-system integrations.
• Reproduce bugs across web admin consoles, mobile apps, and backend APIs.
• Analyze logs, error traces, and metrics to identify root causes.
• Query production databases (read-only) to validate data issues.
• Implement small fixes including configuration changes and data patches.
• Escalate complex issues to Engineering with documentation.
• Track incidents and outages through resolution using monitoring tools.
• Maintain runbooks and knowledge bases to reduce escalations.
• Meet KPI targets for client solutions.
