Job summary

Porch Group is a fast-growing software and services company delivering SaaS solutions for home inspections and related services. We are hiring a remote T1 Support Billing Specialist based in Colombia, with day-to-day work led by Porch Group and employment through RemoFirst.

You will be the first point of contact for billing questions and assist in collections while supporting customers across North America and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Excellent conflict management and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to maintain an upbeat, caring, and empathetic attitude towards customers.
• General understanding of the troubleshooting process and the ability to outline your approach.
• The ability to type 50+ Words per Minute
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and G Suite Programs
• Excel, Word, Sheets, Docs.
• Self-Starter, able to work and learn independently.
• Comfortable learning 1-on-1 or through self-guided videos and documentation.
• Ability to task switch effectively between different types of work.
• Experience working with global and/or US based business teams
• Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload

Responsibilities

• Provide live support via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot billing issues and assist in collections.
• Collaborate with global/US teams to resolve client inquiries.
• Document resolutions and maintain knowledge base.
