Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Systems Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that boost proficiency in property management systems and related workflows. This remote role collaborates with Systems, Operations, and Learning & Performance teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and engagement across training initiatives.

You will design programs focused on Yardi, RealPage, and Entrata, tailor content for diverse learners, and maintain LMS records while measuring training impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in systems training or instructional design.
• Proficiency with property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata) and LMS.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into learner-friendly instruction.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs focused on property management platforms and processes.
• Deliver training sessions virtually or in-person and adapt for regional audiences.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and metrics.
• Maintain LMS records including attendance, completions, and certifications.
• Collaborate with Systems, Operations and Learning & Performance teams to ensure alignment.
