Asset Living seeks a Systems Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that boost proficiency in property management systems and related workflows. The role focuses on translating technical updates into learner-friendly resources and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency.

You will work with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, and other platforms, providing virtual and in-person trainings, building microlearning content, and maintaining LMS records for compliance

Qualifications

• Facilitation and presentation skills required.
• Strong communication and instructional-design abilities.
• Experience translating complex system workflows into learner-friendly content.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop training programs for property management systems.
• Deliver trainings virtually and in-person as needed.
• Update materials to reflect system changes and process updates.
• Maintain training records in the LMS and report outcomes to leadership.
• Collaborate with Systems, Operations, and Learning & Performance teams.
