Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Systems Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that boost proficiency with property management systems and workflows. This exempt remote role reports to the Training Manager.

You will partner with Systems, Operations, and Learning & Performance teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and engagement across all programs, while translating complex updates into practical user resources.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata) is a plus.
• Ability to translate technical updates into user-friendly resources.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs for property management systems.
• Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions for new hires and staff.
• Assess training impact using metrics and feedback.
• Collaborate with Systems, Operations and Learning teams.
• Maintain LMS records and certifications.
