Job summary

American Property Management is seeking a Systems Implementation & Training Specialist to lead training programs across all APM properties and manage system onboarding.

You will configure and administer Grace Hill, Yardi, RealPage and EliseAI, coordinate new property setups, monitor data accuracy, and partner with departments to drive operational improvements while supporting recruitment and occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• 2+ years of training and development experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate training programs across all APM properties.
• Conduct monthly staff, Fair Housing, weekly toolbox and huddle training.
• Support leasing performance and occupancy goals.
• Assist with lease-up and acquisition communities, including system setup and inspections.
• Support recruitment and retention through job fairs and interviews.
• Administer Grace Hill, user access, training assignments, and compliance tracking.
• Oversee setup and administration of Yardi, RealPage, and EliseAI.
• Coordinate new property onboarding, workflows, integrations, and vendor communication.
• Monitor system performance and data accuracy, identify improvements and training needs.
