Job summary

Jobot Consulting is seeking a Systems-focused Technical Recruiter to scale critical engineering teams building AI compute systems. The role involves full lifecycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, and partnering with engineering leaders.

It is a 3-6 month contract with potential for permanent hire, and offers a fully remote arrangement with an office option. You will source for systems roles across architecture, deployment, infrastructure, networking, and hardware-software integration, managing

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting or sourcing
• Experience owning or supporting the full recruiting lifecycle
• Proven ability to source and engage niche Systems talent
• Ability to build and manage your own pipeline without inbound candidates
• Strong communication with hiring managers and technical teams
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and ATS

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies for Systems talent
• Partner with hiring managers to open roles and align on hiring priorities
• Build and manage your own pipeline through proactive sourcing
• Screen candidates for Systems experience in integration, bring up, validation, and infrastructure
• Own the recruiting process end to end including scheduling interviews and closing candidates
• Provide market insights and clear communication to stakeholders
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS
• Build long-term pipelines for hard-to-fill Systems roles
