Job summary

InOutsource is seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to drive Compliance and DealCloud implementations for law firms and professional services clients. You will translate client requirements into scalable data integration solutions, guiding projects from data discovery through go-live and post-deployment support.

The role emphasizes ETL, data mapping, and systems integration, with a focus on SQL reporting and infrastructure review.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of law firm IT ecosystems.
• Ability to work independently under ambiguity.
• Strong verbal and written communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with relational database design and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL query development and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with XML and JSON data structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead data investigation to assess current client systems and identify risks.
• Lead data mapping sessions aligning source and target models.
• Design, develop, and test ETL processes for bulk data loads.
• Build and validate data synchronization routines post-deployment.
• Review infrastructure configurations and recommend optimizations.
• Develop SSRS reports to surface critical data insights.
• Oversee testing cycles, data validation, and go-live readiness.
• Stay current on Intapp product developments and roadmap.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and next steps in meetings.
• Support scoping and effort estimation for engagements.
