Job summary

Holistic Industries is seeking a Systems Engineer to maintain and optimize our network infrastructure across multiple locations. You will focus on performance, reliability, and security while supporting a primarily remote work setup with 30% travel/on-site requirements.

The role emphasizes designing and maintaining LAN/WAN, DNS/DHCP, IPsec/VPN, and firewall configurations, along with Microsoft 365 admin support and ongoing documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, DNS/DHCP, IPsec/SSL VPN, routing and switching.
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls and network monitoring tools.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 knowledge and supporting business environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, collaborate, and maintain network infrastructure across the organization.
• Monitor network performance, traffic, and security; resolve issues proactively.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance bottlenecks, and outages to minimize downtime.
• Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and security tools to protect systems.
• Upgrade hardware, firmware, and configurations for reliability and performance.
• Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and security protocols.
