Job summary

BCS365 is seeking a Systems Engineer, Infrastructure II to install, maintain, and support LAN, WAN, and VoIP infrastructure. You will provide high-level technical support, maintain documentation, and drive upgrades across data centers to ensure reliability.

The role requires 3–5 years in systems engineering, strong Cisco/Meraki, and firewall/VPN expertise. This is a full-time remote position with weekend on-call rotation and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Systems Engineer experience.
• Experience configuring Cisco Meraki, Auvik, and LogicMonitor.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support customer network infrastructure.
• Configure and support L2/L3 switch infrastructure and WAN/LAN
• Provide 2nd level support for LAN and network issues.
• Maintain network documentation and topology diagrams.
• Manage multiple data centers with various Cisco and Palo Alto devices.
• Collaborate with vendors for hardware and feature enhancements.
• Monitor network performance and plan capacity.
• Attend IT meetings and participate in on-call rotations.
