Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on networking and systems administration experience.
• Experience with Cisco enterprise networking and Fortinet FortiGate firewalls.
• Experience with Mitel or other enterprise VoIP systems.
• Ability to travel 25–50% and perform hands-on infrastructure work.
• Background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, secure, troubleshoot enterprise network and systems infrastructure.
• Support telecom and VoIP environment (Mitel, WAN, carrier services).
• Maintain security, patching, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders on projects.
• Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation.
