Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional systems, integration, or test engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with hardware integration, verification, and validation.
• Strong root-cause analysis and failure investigation skills.
• Experience across complex physical products in production environments.
• Ability to own lifecycle from requirements through field support.

Responsibilities

• Apply hands-on systems, integration, reliability and test engineering expertise to hardware problems.
• Review system requirements, interfaces, verification strategies, and test procedures.
• Analyze system-level interactions across electrical, mechanical, firmware/software domains.
• Assess feasibility of engineering solutions and testing approaches.
• Diagnose integration failures and identify root causes and defects.
• Develop engineering problems, reference solutions and verification criteria.
• Provide clear technical feedback from hardware development and production experience.
