Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional hardware experience with hands-on design, testing and bring-up.
• Direct responsibility for substantial portions of hardware development workflows.
• Deep expertise in RF, power electronics, or analog/mixed-signal design.

Responsibilities

• Apply hands-on electrical and hardware engineering expertise to technically complex tasks.
• Review and evaluate hardware designs, workflows, analyses, and troubleshooting approaches.
• Analyse design trade-offs, test results, and system-level engineering decisions.
• Assess technical correctness and practicality of engineering solutions for real hardware problems.
• Identify errors, missing assumptions, and potential design or implementation risks.
• Develop or review rigorous engineering problems, reference solutions, or evaluation criteria.
• Draw on practical experience with hardware development, validation, bring-up, debugging, manufacturing, testing.
• Provide clear technical feedback grounded in real engineering experience and industry best practices.
