This role interfaces between business and IT, guiding solution architects and development teams to deliver functional and non-functional requirements. The candidate will join a cross-functional team, contributing to MVP scoping, risk management, and iterative release planning, with opportunities to mentor junior analysts and influence

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic understanding of data flow diagrams, UML or capabilities matrices.
• Experience writing requirements or user stories that are clear and well organized.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, specify, and gather requirements.
• Create functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholder input.
• Define scope and ensure alignment between business needs and development work.
• Lead or participate in peer reviews to ensure quality of requirements.
