Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of IT help desk or customer support experience.
• Familiarity with loan processing systems or financial data platforms is a plus.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for users requiring assistance with SBA systems.
• Provide Tier 1 help desk support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Assist borrowers and lenders with loan application submissions and online forms.
• Communicate updates to borrowers and lenders in a timely and accurate manner.
