Job summary

Accuity Delivery Systems, LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator to support a fully remote workforce. You will own end-user support, identity and access administration, and endpoint management in a HIPAA/HITRUST-aware environment.

Role requires 3+ years in systems administration, strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID skills, and experience with Intune and remote work. Collaboration with a managed service provider is essential for service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on systems administration in a business setting.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Familiarity with endpoint management and remote work environments.
• Healthcare or regulated environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary employee technology support, triage and resolve or escalate issues.
• Manage identity, access and licenses in Entra ID and 365.
• Administer endpoints via Intune including enrollment and patching.
• Perform routine maintenance, backups and recovery testing.
• Coordinate with MSP and track tickets to resolution.
