Qualifications

• Experience in HIPAA compliant environments and PHI handling.
• 3–6 years IT systems administration with M365/Intune in production.
• Strong written communication and remote support experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers M365 tenant services including Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams.
• Owns Intune administration across Windows and macOS and device enrollment.
• Perform zero-touch provisioning with Autopilot and ABM for remote endpoints.
• Enforces least-privilege access and conducts access reviews and recertification.
• Creates SOPs, runbooks, and end-user knowledge base articles.
