You will manage Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID, enforce security controls, and automate admin tasks with PowerShell. Experience with Autopilot, BitLocker, and PHI protection is essential.

The role supports a distributed workforce, requires strong documentation, and offers a remote-first setup with HIPAA compliance oversight.

Qualifications

• HIPAA awareness and PHI handling in an end-user compute environment.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Intune in production.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers Microsoft 365 tenant services including Exchange Online and Teams.
• Owns Intune across Windows and macOS, config, deployment, and patching.
• Configures Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies.
• Automates tasks with PowerShell; supports remote provisioning via Autopilot.
• Maintains endpoint encryption (BitLocker/FileVault) and device compliance.
