Job summary

Advanced Monitored Caregiving Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator – Endpoint & Identity to manage Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID in a HIPAA-regulated, fully remote environment. You’ll implement zero-touch provisioning, enforce strong access controls, and support a distributed workforce.

The role requires experience with Windows/macOS device management, scripting in PowerShell (Python a plus), and collaboration with Security and Network teams to protect PHI assets.

Qualifications

• HIPAA knowledge in an end-user computing environment
• 3–6 years of IT systems administration experience (Microsoft 365/Intune)
• Direct technical interface to customers (internal/external)
• Reading/writing PowerShell scripts for automation; Python is a plus

Responsibilities

• Administers Microsoft 365 tenant services (Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams)
• Manages Intune across Windows/macOS (enrollment, config, compliance, apps)
• Zero-touch provisioning via Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager
• Maintains endpoint builds; reduces configuration drift across fleet
• Administers Entra ID (users, groups, roles, licensing, SSO)
• Designs and enforces Conditional Access and MFA policies
• Ensures HIPAA-compliant endpoint controls (encryption, logoff, audit trails)
• Supports remote workforce; maintains asset inventory and runbooks
• Writes automation in PowerShell; collaborates with Security/Network teams
