Job summary

Advanced Monitored Caregiving Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage the endpoint fleet and identity platform in a HIPAA-regulated environment. The role is fully remote, supporting Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID across Windows and macOS devices.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of IT systems administration experience, strong scripting skills (PowerShell; Python a plus), and excellent written communication. Remote work is supported, with after-hours maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years' experience in IT systems administration, including hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune in a production environment.
• Direct technical interface to internal and external customers is required.
• Experience with Windows and macOS desktop support is essential.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN) and remote diagnosis.
• Ability to read and write PowerShell scripts for automation; Python is a plus.
• Excellent written communication and self-directed work habits; ability to escalate when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Administers Microsoft 365 tenant services (Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams).
• Owns Microsoft Intune administration across Windows and macOS (enrollment, policies, app deployment).
• Performs zero-touch provisioning via Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager.
• Maintains standardized device builds and reduces configuration drift across the fleet.
• Coordinates endpoint hardware logistics, procurement, and secure disposal.
• Manages Entra ID (users, groups, roles, licensing, SSO).
• Designs and tunes Conditional Access and MFA policies.
• Executes identity lifecycle management including onboarding and offboarding.
