Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an IT Supervisor to support hotel technology, ensure reliable systems, and provide hands‑on technical help for team members. You will troubleshoot hardware/software, assist with networks, and coordinate with vendors and corporate IT to maintain operations.

The role covers PMS, POS, guest Wi‑Fi, telephony, workstations, printers, mobile devices and AV, with emphasis on access control, cybersecurity, and timely problem resolution in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, systems and networking in hospitality.
• Hospitality tech experience preferred; Hilton familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to explain technical solutions to non‑technical users.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day technology needs of the hotel and keep systems reliable.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; assist with networks and connectivity.
• Maintain computers and equipment; coordinate with vendors and corporate IT.
• Support PMS, POS, guest Wi‑Fi, phones, workstations, printers, mobile devices and AV.
• Manage system access, user accounts, inventory, installations and upgrades.
• Apply cybersecurity best practices and protect guest and business data.
• Prioritize issues by business/guest impact; provide after‑hours support as needed.
