Advanced Monitored Caregiving Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator - Endpoint & Identity to manage the enterprise endpoint fleet and identity platform in a HIPAA-regulated environment.

The role covers Microsoft 365 and Intune administration, Entra ID lifecycle, Windows and macOS device management, and endpoint security and compliance controls, with all provisioning and support performed remotely. Qualifications

• 3–6 years in IT systems administration, with Microsoft 365 and Intune in production.
• Experience serving as technical liaison with internal and external users.
• Desktop support across Windows and macOS.
• Knowledge of networking basics (DNS/DHCP/VPN).
• Ability to read/write PowerShell for automation.

Responsibilities

• Administers Microsoft 365 tenant services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Owns Intune administration across Windows/macOS, deployment, and update management.
• Performs zero-touch provisioning via Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager.
• Maintains standardized device builds and reduces configuration drift.
• Configures Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and conditional access.
• Implements identity lifecycle management and access revocation.
• Maintains HIPAA-related endpoint controls and data protection.
• Develops SOPs, runbooks, and end-user knowledge base articles.
• Remotely escalates and troubleshoots advanced desktop issues.
